Thanks for the suggestion with the fetching. Its a double edge sword. Dislocated toes are the most common greyhound injury. So if I hold Riley back (or trained her to run around me) she ends up jamming her toes as she comes upon the toy or she over runs it and then torques her hocks as she turns back. So I'm just not playing fetch with her anymore. She can run laps and play with it, but no more of me throwing.
